Haley Byars is a conscientious and strategically minded Director with nearly 20 years of experience in the Security Industry. He holds the majority of police-vetted security licenses available, demonstrating a strong commitment to professionalism and excellence in his field.
Haley began his career with a foundational knowledge of security and, through extensive on-the-ground experience across a wide variety of roles, complemented by continuous training, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the security needs of our communities. As a devoted father of two sons, he is deeply motivated to contribute to safer communities for all, with a particular focus on the safety and well-being of children.
Over the years, Haley has expanded his expertise across multiple areas within the security sector, including static security, safe site security, patrol security, close protection security, venue security, VIP security, escorting security, team management, security consulting, monitoring security, and the role of security officer, among others. His broad skill set and strategic approach enable him to address complex security challenges with professionalism, foresight, and effective leadership.
